Am avut si eu o scurta vreme probleme cu "excesul de ganduri", ideea e ca trebuie sa inveti sa ti le controlezi; in momentul de fata am impresia ca ele te domina pe tine(si fiind ganduri negre -> depresie), de asta ai insomnii, iar de la insomnii se propaga si surmenarea pe timpul zilei. Asa cum s-a mai spus, omul nu este facut sa functioneze adecvat pe timp de noapte, atunci trebuie sa doarma, sa se regenereze in urma suprasolicitarilor diurne. Cel mai odihnitor somn este intre orele 22-24.

Incearca sa iti golesti mintea de ganduri pentru anumite perioade scurte de timp, pe care sa le cresti cu timpul. E foarte greu sa faci asta la inceput, practic vei incerca sa iti combati unele ganduri cu alte ganduri, dar o metoda eficienta este sa te concentrezi asupra unor parti ale corpului, asupra respiratiei... Ai incercat vreodata sa meditezi?

Da, am incercat sa meditez dar a fost in van. Cat despre somnul nocturn pot sa iti spun ca am incercat tot felul de metode ca sa adorm, am renuntat la somnul de amiaza, m-am apucat de activitati fizice, am incercat a fac si ceea ce mi-ai scris tu, sa combat un gand cu altul dar totul in zadar. Sunt intrata intr-un cerc vicios si nu mai am puterea sa ies.

Stiu, este aiurea ca in loc sa schimbi, sa trebuiasca sa te adaptezi. Dar de cand cu Darwin, toata lumea a inteles ca trebuie sa se adapteze..., altfel..., este eliminat de adaptati...

Cred ca te enerveaza la culme chestia asta cu adaptatul. Si pe mine... :)

Acum de fapt nu sunt in stare de nimic, nici sa imi scriu o nenorocita tema la romana, abia tastez insa o sa imi adun puterile

In plus nu am la ce ma gandi ca sa devin mai pozitiva. Viata mi se pare superflua.

De fapt, nu doar mi se pare, este. Si nu imi pasa de argumentele voastre, din moment ce este efemera este si inutila.
