salut!
am si eu o mica foarte mare problema cu imprimanta. am inceput operatiune de upgrade a firmaware si sa oprit curentul. acum imprimanta nu mai functioneaza deloc.
e alimentata si daca apas pe buton nu se intampla nimik.
ce e de facut?

The best way to flash the firmware is on LPT1 connections.

The hot key to get it into Hardware Flash mode is to hold the POWER BUTTON DOWN the RESUME and CANCEL BUTTON and plug the unit in and it will come up with the power light on steady and the resume light on steady.

Now you can go into the utility and download the file as per the instruction of the firmware.

nu a mers
am apasat cele 3 butoane power, cancel si resume, si am bagat imprimanta in priza, dar tot refuza sa porneasca.
am intrat si eu pe forumul de unde ai luat informatia aceasta. din cate am inteles hardware flash mode este marcat de becurile power si resume care palpaine. nu se intampla nimic
din curiozitate si lipsa de ocupatie am desfact imprimanta si cand apas pe butonul power se aprinde un bec in interior, un led verde de pe placa cu circuite a imprimantei.

In general exista proceduri sa rescrii un firmware care s-a scris prost dar probabil cu un cablu mai special conectat direct pe microcontroller.. Dar depinde de aparat
Daca nu ai nici o alta solutie, incearca sa contactezi echipa de suport tehnic de la HP (prin email) doar ca astia in general nu se prea complica si o sa-ti zica sa o trimiti la service
