I watched a movie called 'Unbreakable' yesterday. Has Bruce Willis starring in it and he plays a guy who is a superhero but doesn't realise this until he survives a train crash where everone dies except him. Is not the usual 'superhero' type of film. Was quite good.

I just seen "Yours, mine & ours" and American Pie 5..they're not very new, but i laught a lot. I liked them. The first one is a romantic comedy, where two ex-classmates/lovers from highschool meet after..well, many years. He has 8 kids..she has..10 :( they get married, and toghether, they have "18 kids, one house, no way"... and the second one..well, i believed you all know what American Pie is about, don't cha? :tease: If you don't..just watch them :)

Tried to watch A.P.5 (the naked mile), but I simply couldn't. As usual, I began by skipping through, to get a grasp of what happens; unfortunately, all that I saw was nudity, sex, porn, and lots of stupid american cliches used. And after I watched the first 10 minutes, that was enough to ruin my day for good.

 

Maybe I'll give another try when I'll want to see some more stupidity.

I see a romanian film won the Palme d'Or at the Canne Film festival. :P

one movie i saw and i distictly remeber is fear and loathing in las vegas. picture a half bald johnny depp and benicio del toro high on every drug known to man travelling to las vegas. it's tons of laughs because it describes very well what you fell when you are high :offtopic:

The truth story of Dracula

 

 

This is a good film with some artistic license: the Hungarian King and Turkish Sultan as shown are each based on two or more men. Radu did not have any hand in killing Prince Dracula. Also, Dracula impaled people by methods to keep them alive a long time on the stake (blunt, polished, greased stakes). The Turks used firearms more than Western armies at this time, both used matchlocks as well as bows. The Turkish armor and swords are partly correct.
