haven't been abroad yet, though that may change after 1.1.2007, since romanians won't have to wait at long queues to cross the borders :lol2:

inside, I went to the seaside when I was younger, and I remember almost nothing :santa2: then, I know a few small towns from my country (like Jimbolia, Bocşa, Lugoj and Buziaş a bit), Arad, and Sibiu (I still love that town - friends know why :lol2: ). Also visited a few towns from the Petrosani conty, when I went with grandma to visit the monasteries, but I'd rather not remember about those times 8)

edit: I was about to forget, I also went to Romanesti, though the village is not important. only that it has a cave, where annually they hold a concert of classical music. been there this year for the first time, and swore to go there for each time to come

I've been to Italy twice, and I can say that I've enjoyed every minute there, every time.. It's a beautiful country with a great history!

Ohh...I also been on Elba Island...that was fantastic.. I've never seen suck a clear water.. But we couldn't find the place where Napoleon was exiled.

I've been to Great Britain , Italy, France, Hungary, Greece..and e few other countryes..I don't remember all of them right now. France was simply amaizing and I would, without a doubt, go there again. I wouldn't go to England again..at least not until the borders have opened...because getting the visa is awfull and I wouldn't go through that again for anything in the world. I would like to go to Venice because I only saw the San Marco Square :stars: ....but I hope I'll have the chance to see it again .. you never know.

Greece I recommend insted of going to the Black Sea because the prices are pretty much the same but the water is much more clean and all in all it is a more pleasureable experince..plus the greeks are gorgeous :stars:

I've been to France more than any other country.

Paris is the part I have been to the most. Is an ok city, but being a capital city is much the same as most of the others I have been too. Once you have seen all the tourist stuff, there's no need to go back there unless you have friends there. My fave attraction was the underground catacombs. Food was good too :stars:

South of France is great, I went in December a few years ago to work in Nice for a few weeks and the people were really nice. And scenery was beautiful. Took a trip to Monte Carlo, but found that a little disappointing.

San Francisco - Pier 39 where you can take a long walk, eat in a nice restaurant, shop for some souvenirs,

watch the smelly sea lions ( they are cute but smelly) and have some good laughs at the street perfomers - if you are lucky you can catch some really good stand up comedian doing his show. Definitely a place to see :stars:

Well, I couldn't afford it either, but I was lucky to "have to go" there on a business trip :stars: So, you never know what comes around and you get to places you never thought you'll ever see :stars:
