Why is the sun yellow?

it-s a mistake, i"m perfectly sure. This is definetly the moon. You must wait , the sun wil came above us soooooooooon

Why is that they call smoking, love and marriage a sport?

because the name doesn't mater and the sport is good for health sometimes, but not always

Why are the leafs still green and the sky blue. and what the hell do we need sunlight when we have lightbulbs? And what do we need to sleep? our energy is consuming anyway and we have to go to sleep again and again. it's a waste of time, don't ya think?

I can tell You yes, I do think, but I'm wondering what about you, my younger , younger friend...

The sky is blue cos of the atmosphere, have no idea why leafs are green! Sunlight stops the world from freezing up and us all dying very quickly. Maybe it is all a waste of time, but that's very subjective!

and now why is the atmosphere causing the blue sky?

The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air.

However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions. It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue.

Also, not all leaves are green too
