Oh,Hugh Grant has a super british accent! Mel Gibson playing in Braveheart was quite good as well.I had a friend coming from US in the summer and he heard me talking,he would have sworn i was british,though he knew i wasnt.

the thing i also love abt britain are the different accent,and strangely enough,i dont really need translation fornone of them,that is if my mind is working properly!

Am busy thinking of a competition... apart from a quiz have come up with nothing so far.

People have no idea that an international section does not necessarily mean we must use solely the foreign language. Right now, Shur'tugal plays as an English teacher in the forum's online school. Perhaps her topic could be moved there? And a place for other language, too, at least for German and French, please!

I've been thinking about that too... moving the topic here, cutting out the crap from it :think: and... continue teaching :cry:

people that know and like french are on the forum. not one of them, but a french section wouldn't bother me at all. but that certainly wouldn't make the english section rock :flowers:

french section sound quite cool,i could practice my french in there :evil: it is true i did more french in school than english,but english rocks !

This place still needs livening up. I have no ideas to help though
