Am 3 partitii la hard si una vreau s-o formarez.Dau click pe"Format" si indiferent ca nu bifez nimic,
bifez prima(Quick) sau amandoua la final scrie:"Windows was unable to complete the format."si nu
se formateaza.Care este cauza?Mai am o problema cu mufele usb.Daca bag ceva se blocheaza pc-ul.
Cand trag Windows-ul,la pornire scrie doar o data:"POWER SURGE ON HUB PORT A USB device has
exceeded the power limits of its hub port.For assistance in solving this problem,click this mesage",
dau click pe icon,pe repair si nu se intampla nimic.Care ar fi cauzele????
