Nu sunt pasionata , din intamplare am vazut un maraton din 8 noiembrie ,iar acum am gasit videoul , care este un imn al biruintei.

"A 32-year-old man collapsed and died on Saturday after completing a Brooklyn Half Marathon amid unseasonably warm temperatures.                                                                                      Fifteen other marathon runners were hospitalized, the New York Fire Department told local media including the New York Times.    According to FDNY, four of the people hospitalized were in serious condition while others had minor injuries.    Temperatures reached the high 80s in New York on Saturday as the city saw its first May heat advisory in16 years.   Per the Times, temperatures were in the low 60s when the half marathon started at 7 a.m. and had reached the low 70s by 11 a.m., when the death was reported. The relative humidity reached 97% in New York during the race."

*Nu se stie cauza mortii tanarului de 32 de ani, insa in acea parte a Lumii Umiditatea aerului de 97% este insuportabil, mai rau ca in Sauna te simti, ca temperatura de 80*F = 27*C nu te ucide, dar dezhidratarea cu umiditate este reteta pentru dezastru.    Desi s-a primit instiintare ca va fi caldura iesit din comun dupa 16 ani prima oara in Luna Mai, cu aburi multi, totusi s-a dat liber la alergat.   In Arizona avem caldura uscata, nu ucide decat pe cei care nu asculta de sfaturile localnicilor!!!   Pe moment la mine sint 26*C si Umiditatea aerului este de 22%.*

Kelvin Kiptum, marathon world record-holder and Olympic gold favorite, dead at 24.

According to a police statement, Kiptum lost control of his vehicle near Kaptagat in the southwest of Kenya, at 11 p.m. local time.

The car went off the road and into ditch before colliding with a tree.   

According to Nation, he was already dead by the time first responders arrived at the scene.

His coach, 36-year-old Gervais Hakizimana, also did not survive the accident. A third person involved in the crash was taken to hospital.
