zicetimi si mie ce pot sa fac daca am problema asta:

Do the following:
The camera is not properly connected. To resolve this problem, ensure that the camera's USB connector is inserted, and that the USB connector is enabled in the BIOS. Refer to your computer's documentation for information on the BIOS.
Reinstall the video capture drivers and restart your computer

Zice asa: camera nu este corect conectata. Ca sa rezolvi aceasta problema, asigura-te ca, cablul USB este introdus bine si daca USBul este activat din BIOS. Citeste manualul PCului, sectiune Bios. Reinstaleaza driverele webcamului si da un restart.
PS: s-au inventat dictionarele intre timp, sau mai treci si pe la ora de engelza
