Cei mai multi oameni isi iau o cantitate suficienta de potasiu avand o dieta normala si echilibrata, din care sa nu lipseasca in primul rand fructele si legumele proaspete. Lipsa mineralelor provine, de cele mai multe ori ,din diete exagerate, care...
