About project:

We are looking for a part time Dutch Telecom Call Center Agent to join our company. You will be involved in a dynamic blend of car device expertise and customer care service environment. The job is fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative and certainly never boring.

 

Responsibilities:

- Answer, evaluate and prioritize inbound telephone, voice mail, e-mail requests for technical assistance with hardware, software for Dutch speaking customers;

- Responds to customer requests and questions regarding the service, products;

- Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and provide a good customer care experience;

- Consults with advanced team members and their liaisons to understand software and hardware errors;

- Notifies appropriate internal personnel of issues at a particular account;

- Documenting calls clearly and accurately in call tracking database.

 

Requirements:

- Fluency (written and spoken) in Dutch;

- Knowledge of English;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing professional office environment;

- Excellent customer service skills;

- Advanced communication skills using phones and email;

- Previous experience using support CRM, preferred;

- Previous experience in Telecom call center (SIM card management) preferred;

- Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn technical concepts quickly;

- Openness to receiving feedback and taking action for improvement.

- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure;

- Strong problem solving skills;

- Ability to be a team player;

- Analytical thinker with strong attention to details;

- Reliable and punctual track record;

- Strong attention to detail.
