BUCHAREST / 16:31, 28.07.2008 One Romanian man was injured Monday when a bag he found on the street in Bucharest exploded in his car, said the spokesperson for the Bucharest Police, Christian Ciocan.According to Ciocan, around 11.30, two people found a bag near the car they had parked on Targu Neamt street.
