BUCHAREST / 14:05, 26.09.2008 The authorities in Constanta, southeastern Romania, halted operations in Constanta Nord, Constanta Sud and Midia seaports due to strong wind, Alexandru Mezei, head of the Constanta Harbor Mastera€™s Office, said Friday.A  Earlier Friday, Mezei said Constanta Sud Fluvial was closed due to strong wind of nearly 50 kilometers per hour, while barge traffic on the Danube- Black Sea Canal was restricted.
