The volume of real estate transactions recorded last year, worth almost 2 billion euros, could be equalled this year, since many ongoing transactions could be completed by the end of 2008, according to Charles Krick, associate director, head of capital markets of real estate consulting company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
