Dragos Anastasiu and his associates have given up a 47% stake in Touring Eurolines, a company with turnover worth over 30 million euros, which operates in international passenger transport, travel and airplane ticket sales.

The stake went to the Martin family, which owns Mistral Voyages travel agency. In return, Touring Eurolines received 99% of travel agency Mistral Voyages, which logged turnover worth around 270,000 euros in 2006, according to the latest information available on the Finance...
