Real estate investment company Chayton Capital, headquartered in London, will develop an office park on a 55,000 square-metre plot in the Pipera area of Bucharest, an investment amounting to over 110 million euros, of which 93 million euros will come from a credit taken out from Investkredit, a division of Volksbank.
