Romanian President Traian Basescu voiced out Wednesday, in his address in Parliament, the deficiencies in the countrya€™s education and healthcare systems, saying the education system deepens the gap between children in rural and urban areas, while the healthcare system is inefficient.
The president said the education system fails to meet market requirements, adding it is not relevant for the country’s economy and future.
