BUCHAREST / 21:14, 3.07.2008 Romanian President Traian Basescu signed Thursday a pardon decree "on humanitarian grounds," for Florentinei Plaiu, 26, sentenced to four months in prison for assault or other violent acts, the presidential administration informed.A  The rationale behind this decision is that the young woman has four minors to look after and the crime she committed poses a slight danger to society.
