BUCHAREST / 21:03, 23.07.2008 Over two hundred hectares of land and dozens of households were affected by a powerful flashflood Wednesday afternoon in Cluj County, northwestern Romania.A  Anca Stanescu, spokesperson of Cluj prefect office, said 123 hectares of land, 19 hectares of farming crops, 35 households and 30 wells in Sanpaul village were flooded after heavy rains increased the Borsa river flow.
