BUCHAREST / 20:29, 4.08.2008 Romanian culture minister Adrian Iorgulescu said his ministry will not buy the former residence of the Romanian Union of Plastic artists, following discussions with the mayor to find ways to buy the building from its previous owner.A The building was returned to its rightful owner after being nationalized during the communist regime.
