BUCHAREST / 20:06, 10.07.2008 Romanian Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu Thursday said the strategy targeting to expand Internet access in rural areas must be completed by yearend, not in 2009.A  Tariceanu urged the members of the government and the management authorities coordinating EU-funded programs to speed up the strategy aimed at expanding Internet access in rural areas.
