BUCHAREST / 20:01, 13.08.2008 Romaniaa€™s National Housing Agency (ANL) will start building a total 861 housing units, which will be rented out to young people aged up to 35 who cannot afford to buy an apartment or rent a privately-owned housing unit at current market prices.The housing units will be built in counties Arad, Bacau, Covasna, Hunedoara, Mures, Neamt, Suceava, Teleorman and Vrancea on the lands put at the disposal of the agency by the local county councils.
