BUCHAREST / 19:16, 8.07.2008 Romanian energy watchdog, or ANRE, hikes by 11.2% as of July 1, the thermal power prices of state-owned power producer Electrocentrale Bucuresti (ELCEN), the Local Council settling the thermal power prices for population in the upcoming period.A  "The average price hike for the thermal power at the producer is of 9% starting July 1.
