BUCHAREST / 18:03, 1.09.2008 Romaniaa€™s foreign exchange reserves rose by 682 million lei ($283.7 million) in August to a total of RON25.92 billion, the central bank said in a statement Monday.The central bank said foreign-exchange inflows were EUR1.864 billion in August, while outflows totaled EUR1.182 billion.In addition to its foreign-exchange reserves, the central bank reported holdings of 103.7 metric tons of gold, with a total market value of EUR1.893 billion.
