BUCHAREST / 18:02, 29.08.2008 Lukoil Romania, a unit of Russian oil company Lukoil Holdings, merged through absorption with Lukoil Black Sea, the companya€™s share capital being unchanged as the absorbed company reported more debts than assets.Lukoil Romania posted total assets of 1.31 billion lei (EUR1=RON3.5330) prior to the merger, RON954 of which represented debts.
