BUCHAREST / 17:50, 20.08.2008 The Romanian government approved the proposition issued by the education minister for the creation of an interministerial committee that would analyze the unfolding of a project aiming to build university campuses outside major cities.The new campuses could be built outside Bucharest and other university centers, said government spokesperson Camelia Spataru."There have been similar projects for many years in Europe and the USA.
