BUCHAREST / 17:44, 11.08.2008 The Romanian Justice Minister Catalin Predoiu on Monday said he will nominate prosecutor Monica Serbanescu as president of the countrya€™s anticorruption department DNA, replacing Daniel Morar whose 3-year mandate expired today.Predoiu mentioned Morar will be proposed either for the position of High Official of Romania’s justice ministry in Brussels – a position yet to be created -, or for deputy president of DNA.
