BUCHAREST / 17:19, 29.07.2008 Romanian prosecutors Tuesday launched legal procedures to block the accounts of football clubs Dinamo and Rapid from Bucharest, Gloria Bistrita and Otelul Galati, in a case involving alleged illegal transfers of 12 Romanian players abroad, people close to the matter said.The prosecutors have to reply to several contestations before deciding if the club’s accounts are to be blocked, the mentioned sources said.
