BUCHAREST / 17:16, 26.09.2008 The upgrading process of Bucharest"s Henri Coanda Otopeni airport will be postponed for another four years, by 2019, because the Zonal Urban Planning, or PUZ, is not finished, according to the companya€™s strategic plan.
