BUCHAREST / 16:33, 1.07.2008 The Romanian authority for consumersa€™ protection ANPC on Tuesday said it considers a draft law aimed to protect beneficiaries of financial and banking services, after several check-ups at banking institutions revealed irregularities concerning the client-bank relationship.Secretary of state Dan Vlaicu, head of the consumer protection authority, said that 20 banks in capital city Bucharest and neighboring county Ilfov were checked over the past months.
