BUCHAREST / 16:30, 27.08.2008 Construction prices in Romania increased some 30% this year, driven by cement prices which rose 30%, reinforced concrete prices which rose 140%-180% and double manual labor costs, the general manager of the Construction Companies Employers Association, Adriana Iftime, said Wednesday."No one regulates prices for reinforced concrete and cement.
