BUCHAREST / 16:27, 20.09.2008 A Romanian national was arrested in a suburb in Rome, Italy, when he was caught trying to steal the GPS device of an ambulance which had been called for an emergency, Italian paper Il Messaggero reported in its online edition Saturday.
