BUCHAREST / 16:22, 23.07.2008 Romanian teens under 15 years old might be allowed to terminate pregnancies, provided the procedures are carried out in special level 3 hospitals and the pregnancy does not exceed 24 weeks, the Health Ministry said in a draft order subject to public debate.A Any pregnancy occurring before the age of 15 is seen as very risky and should be closely monitored by OB-Gyn specialists, the draft order mentioned.
