07.2008 Private resident deposits rose 40.1% on the year in June to 140.72 billion lei (EUR1-RON3.5842), Romaniaa€™s central bank said Wednesday.On the month, private resident deposits increased by 2.5%, the central bank said.It said deposits in domestic currency grew by 32.2% on the year to RON92.73 billion, while forex-denominated deposits were up 58.4% on the year to RON47.98 billion.Household deposits in domestic currency reached RON49.65 billion in June, up 27.8% in...
