BUCHAREST / 16:11, 10.08.2008 The Board of Administration within the Romanian central bank rejected, in the meeting held on July 24, the creation of Becali Bank, the lender meant to be founded by businessman George Becali, the financer of Romanian football team Steaua Bucharest, banking sources told MEDIAFAX.
