BUCHAREST / 15:56, 20.08.2008 Romaniaa€™s state-owned passenger railway company CFR Calatori plans to upgrade 46 trains in the next four years, for an estimated contract value of 509.24 million lei (EUR1=RON3.5238), coming from state budget.Thus, CFR Calatori will launch a bid in October.
