BUCHAREST / 15:31, 10.09.2008 Romanian social democrat leader Mircea Geoana and former prime minister Adrian Nastase discussed Wednesday several amendments to the Constitution, many of which aim to limit prerogatives for the head of state.The president should not be involved in the procedure to appoint chief-prosecutors or in the activity of the High Council of Magistrates, Geoana said during a party debate on state reform.
