BUCHAREST / 15:18, 10.03.2009 The Romanian Government intends to borrow EUR19 billion from the European Commission and the International Monetary Fund, following an evaluation made by the Finance Ministry and the central bank, government sources told MEDIAFAX.The financial package includes a EUR12 billion loan from the IMF, and a EUR7 billion financing from the EU.
