07.2008 Eight vehicles were engaged in a chain accident Saturday morning, 7:30 local time, on the A2 highway linking capital city Bucharest to southeastern city of Constanta, but no victims were registered, the surveillance unit of Romaniaa€™s roads authority CNADNR said Saturday.The unit added the small distance between the vehicles and high speed was the cause of the accident.A
