BUCHAREST / 14:12, 18.08.2008 A tanker truck filled with liquid nitrogen tipped over Monday on the Bucharest ring road.

Traffic was blocked in the area and two crews of firefighters arrived at the scene.According to the Ilfov County Police Department, the area was sealed over a one kilometer radius, between Otopeni and Mogosoaia.Several intervention crews arrived on location as the truck was leaking nitrogen as well as fuel.Initial investigations revealed that the truck crashed around 12.45...
