08.2008 Romaniaa€™s Labor Ministry on Wednesday approved emergency aid for northern counties Maramures and Botosani, with the remaining counties affected by the recent flooding to receive the first payments as of Friday, Minister Paul Pacuraru said."I wish to mention that the aid is not meant to rebuild houses, but for urgent social and family necessities," Pacuraru said.He said emergency aid for the flood victims is to be granted based on the seriousness of each case....
