BUCHAREST / 13:51, 2.08.2008 The representatives of the local communities must strive to obtain funds and ensure incomes for both the local budget and the quality of education, Romanian president Traian Basescu said Saturday, in a meeting of the communal associations in Neptun, southeastern Romania.A  The president said local administration representatives should make more efforts to get funds for small and medium-sized enterprises, which should use resources available in the rural sector.
