BUCHAREST / 13:30, 16.07.2008 Romania ranks fifth among EU member states with respect for the annual inflation rate in June, which is 8.7%, double the 4.3% average calculated on a community bloc level, according to a report issued by the Statistical Office of the European Communities, Eurostat.In June, the lowest annual rates were observed in the Netherlands (2.3%), Germany and Portugal (3.4% each), and the highest in Latvia (17.5%), Bulgaria (14.7%) and Lithuania (12.7%).
