BUCHAREST / 13:24, 21.07.2008 Turner Broadcasting System (TBS, Inc.), a Time Warner company, has opened an office in Romaniaa€™s capital city Bucharest in line with its expansion strategy in Central and Eastern Europe, the company said in a statement Monday.Turner appointed Cristina Valasutean distribution manager with the Bucharest office.
