BUCHAREST / 12:10, 16.09.2008 The Romanian president Traian Basescu signed Tuesday the decree appointing Petre Lazaroiu as judge of the Constitutional Court, following the death of judge Petre Ninosu, the presidenta€™s office said in a press release.Basescu had appointed Petre Ninosu judge of the Constitutional Court for a period of nine years.
