Description WinSCP

WinSCP is a free SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol), FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and SCP (Secure Copy) client for Windows that uses SSH (Secure Shell). The program is designed to ensure safe copying between a local and a remote computer. The program also offers some basic file management features. When istalling the file, it offers two different main interface styles to choose from, a Commander interface with panels for local and remote directories (a small dialog box with places to enter host and user names, password and private key file) and an Explorer interface. The program is very simple, allowing you to select between SFTP, SCP and FTP transfers. WinSCP works on Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP/2003/Vista/Server2008/7/NT.
