Trillian is a multinetwork IM application that allows you to chat on MySpace, Yahoo, Facebook, Windows Live, AIM, Email, Skype, Google Talk, ICQ, IRC and many others. It helps you manage your social networks, check Twitter and Facebook alerts or check the email (POP3 and IMAP). It automatically shortens the URLs, handles tweets, replies and directs messages, supports file transfer, group chat, tabbed chat, tablet-based drawing, typing notifications etc. Facebook traits include news feed integration, Facebook in-box checking, syncronized message updating. There is a support for drag-and-drop file transferring, skins, adjustments in the preference menu. When you drag the cursor over a URL in the conversation window, Trillian opens a preview window of the website. It doesn't slow down your system like the previous versions and it comes with performance improvements.
