FreeRIP is an easy to use application that extracts songs from CDs, accomplishing its task successfully. It doesn't do anything out of the ordinary, but works great, it's fast and easy to use. It supports WMA, WAV, MP3, Vorbis and FLAC and has an option to use FreeRIp as an audio-file converter. It converts audio from CD to MP3, OGG, FLAC, WAV and WMA. It also converts MP3 to WAV, OGG to MP3, WMA to MP3, WAV to FLAC etc. The option menu is extensible and easy to customize. The interface has big icons and a main window divided into two sections: the left one lists the tracks and the right one offers information about each song or the entire CD. The toolbar has icons for the most important functions of the program. It supports multiple languages: English, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French etc.
