Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is an American romantic Sci-Fi film that explores the nature of love and memory using elements of psychology, science-fiction and disrupted narration.  

Joel Barish (Jim Carrey) enter in a relationship with Clementine Kruczynski (Kate Winslet) while on a train in New York. They have different personalities, but dispite that, they feel really drawn to each other. What they don't know is that they used to be lovers but after two years of relationship, they've separated and decided to erase their memories about each other.
