Coriolanus is a drama thriller inspired by Shakespeare's tragedy of the same name, directed by Ralph Fiennes. Coriolanus (Ralph Fiennes) is a great soldier, a hero of Rome who hates people. 

His extreme beliefs start a riot in the city, throwing Rome in a bloody chaos. As a result, he is banished from the city and alies with his enemy, Tullus Aufidius (Gerard Butler) in an attempt to go back to Rome and try to destroy the city.

Coriolanus' mother, Volumnia (Vanessa Redgrave), tries once again to manipulate him, determining him to stop his vengeance and he eventually listens to her. Aufidius feels betrayed and turns against Coriolanus.
